Highways

Alabama has a complex highway system that includes ten interstate routes covering over 1,000 miles and nineteen state highways covering almost 4,000 miles.  Of Alabama’s sixty-seven counties, only three (Clay, Geneva, and Wilcox) do not have interstate or U.S. highways running through them. The map below shows Interstates and Highways in Alabama.
